Seattle Boat Company Welcomes Bayside Marine to the Family

Seattle Boat Company is excited to announce the acquisition of Bayside Marine in Everett, Washington, welcoming the established marine dealership and its experienced team to the Seattle Boat family.

The acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for both businesses. As two family-owned companies with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, Seattle Boat and Bayside Marine share a commitment to exceptional customer service, knowledgeable teams and lasting relationships with their local boating communities.

With Bayside Marine joining Seattle Boat Company's growing network, customers of both businesses will benefit from expanded resources, complementary expertise and new opportunities to enjoy life on the water.

The Bayside Marine You Know, With More Opportunities

For Bayside Marine customers, the familiar faces and personalized service they have come to know will remain at the heart of the business.

Bayside's experienced team will continue serving the Everett boating community, bringing the same local knowledge, trusted mechanics and customer relationships that have defined the business for decades.

As part of the Seattle Boat family, Bayside customers will gain access to expanded indoor storage opportunities, a broader selection of new boats, additional technical and administrative support, and certified inboard and surf boat technicians.

Seattle Boat customers will also benefit from Bayside's extensive saltwater, fishing and outboard expertise, creating new opportunities for boaters throughout the region.

"Bayside is a family business with a strong reputation in the Everett community, built on its knowledgeable team, experienced mechanics and commitment to its customers," said Elizabeth Bohling, Seattle Boat Company Co-President. "As another family-owned business, we recognize the importance of those relationships. We're excited to welcome Bayside to the Seattle Boat family, build on what they've established and expand the opportunities available to all our customers."

Expanding Our Expertise in Everett and Beyond

Bayside Marine brings decades of experience serving the North Puget Sound boating community, with specialized knowledge of outboard engines, fishing boats, saltwater boating and marine service.

This expertise complements Seattle Boat Company's established experience in premium boat sales, inboard boats, watersports, service and storage.

The acquisition also creates opportunities to introduce additional boat models to the Everett market, including Pursuit and Cobalt Coastal outboard models.

Whether cruising the San Juan Islands, fishing Puget Sound, enjoying watersports on local lakes or exploring the Pacific Northwest coastline, customers will have access to a broader network of boating knowledge, products and services.

Growing the Seattle Boat Family

Since 1984, Seattle Boat Company has remained locally owned and operated by the Bohling family, whose members continue to be actively involved in the business every day.

That hands-on approach and commitment to local communities make Bayside Marine a natural addition to the Seattle Boat family.

As Seattle Boat expands into Everett, preserving Bayside's local identity, experienced team and longstanding customer relationships will remain a priority. By building on Bayside's established presence in North Puget Sound and connecting it with Seattle Boat Company's growing network across the Pacific Northwest, customers will have access to expanded resources, expertise and boating opportunities throughout the region.

The Seattle Boat family now includes Seattle Boat Company locations in Seattle, Bellevue and Kent; Lake Union SkyLaunch; Lake Tapps Marina by Seattle Boat; Tobler Marina in North Idaho; Chelan Bay Marina and  Chelan Boat Storage in Lake Chelan; and now, Bayside Marine in Everett.

Together, these locations create a broader network of sales, service, storage and boating expertise while maintaining the local teams and relationships that make each community unique.

Welcome to the Seattle Boat family, Bayside Marine. We're excited for what's ahead!
